Much value exists in using health curriculum and activities that are educational and engaging for teaching important health concepts to school-aged youth. Through a variety of strategies like the use of music, movement, hands-on, multi-sensory and simulations, four important health topics will be addressed. The topics covered in this 4-hour workshop include nutrition, water safety, positive health practices, and internet safety.
