Athletes are often viewed as the epitome of fitness in their respective sport. While that is often true, it can be argued that while they may be fit, athletes may not be training in a healthy climate. This session explores research on current practices and recommendations for hands-on applications that can be used to create a health-rich culture in Women’s Sports.
