Water Aerobics is a great alternative to high-impact workouts on land. Water aerobics, like the landbased aerobics classes, can be tailored to suit different populations, all ages and swimming levels. The purpose of this session will be (1) to emphasize the positive benefits of water aerobics, (2) demonstrate possible exercises for a workout (3) cover the parts of a workout and (4) provide basic technique for choreographing workout routines and musical selections. **Attendance is limited.**
