Brain based research and instructional strategies are emerging every day as well as an increased focus on Student Achievement and 21st Century Skills. This session discusses the connection of physiological actions, reactions, cognitive function, and how they connect to movement. There is a correlation between vigorous movement and increased test scores. Attendees of this session will leave with research based instructional strategies connecting increased physical activity and improved instruction for all subject matter and standards.
