Transform your mental health lessons into fun and excitement while boosting your students' sense of purpose. They need to know they make a difference. Provide your students with a "bag of tricks" to draw from when life gets tough mentally and emotionally. This health session, presented by the 2012 AAHE Health Teacher of the Year K-12, includes an upbeat lecture format and participation in practical activities for stress management, relaxation, and an elevated "happiness scale".
