Stretching terminology will be explained including contra-indicated practices. The emphasis will be on enhancement of flexibility and posture for the purpose of activities of everyday living. Breathing exercises will also be included. Session participants will experience a full body dynamic stretching routine, which includes breathing exercises and posture improvement techniques. The intended audience is adults (or future adults) wishing to learn moderate intensity proper warm-up, breathing and stretching techniques for a lifetime of healthful activity.
