Zumba is a great alternative to traditional fitness programs and is most useful for helping to maintain a good cardiovascular respiratory system. This presentation will teach the basic zumba steps to help teachers in their physical education classes exercise in a fun, safe, and comfortable atmosphere. In addition, this program will focus on recognizing the proper lower extremity body alignment in order to help prevent injury, especially in the female population.
