342 Kick It Up a Notch Using Standards-Based Activities

The objective is to provide the participants with numerous cost-effective, standards-based activities that allow large or small classes to be moderately to vigorously physically active over 75% of the time. These activities also help develop cooperative teamwork and leadership skills and can be shared with classroom teachers and after-school providers to allow for beneficial physical activity before, during, and after school. An emphasis on Let's Move in Schools will be targeted throughout the session.
