Engage your middle school students with technology-based projects and lessons, reaching the highest levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy. Lesson and project samples will be shared using NHES standards within the ten content areas of comprehensive health education. Take away tried and true best practices that incorporate mind/concept mapping, interactive whiteboard, mobile devices, mobile tablets, and digital video. Our lessons follow a framework of quality learning that develop habits of mind for healthy citizens. Computers are not provided/required for this session, but attendees may bring their own devices (wireless internet available for $14.95).
