Program evaluation continues to become increasingly important as more funding agencies require evaluation plans which list goals and objectives in a quantifiable form. This presentation for community health educators and program evaluators identifies and discusses four program evaluation keys that are crucial to the success of community programs. These evaluations keys include communication and collaboration, training, reporting, and targeting the population. Specific examples from three separate SAMHSA funded community programs will be provided.
