In this session you will learn activities and movements that enhance balance, mobility, strength, and coordination, and help you accomplish your goal of helping students and athletes become better "movers". Multiple progressions allow every student to succeed, and every student to be challenged, as you implement these effective and integrated circuits that build total body (connected) strength.
