594 Integrating Movement Into Early Childhood Programs: How to Enhance Learning

How does physical activity affect learning? In this session you’ll discover how movement impacts all areas of development during early childhood. We’ll present video clips and current information on brain research to show why and how movement affects learning. The short presentation will be followed by practical activities to demonstrate how you can easily integrate movement into an Early Childhood Curriculum. We’ll conclude with group reflection and sharing of activities that integrate movement/ physical activity.
