Learn to train like the pros! Whether you work with first time athletes or mature high school students, there are many critical elements to each training program (e.g., speed, power, reaction time, quickness). This workshop will teach you how to enhance the athletic performance and general fitness of your student athletes. You will see and experience drills, learn the rationale for implementation, and discuss training strategies and programming to maximize success of your student-athletes. Lecture provided by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
