Expand student horizons--explore Mexican and Native American Dance in this exciting workshop. Learn movements and music performed at festivals or at a PowWow, with material that fits into the curriculum as an interdisciplinary subject and in physical education--developing cultural understanding and creative imagery. Gladys Keeton is artistic director of the TWU International Folk Dance Company. Kathryn Malpass lectures on athletics in American society and Adrienne Wilson recently assisted Bill Evans with his dance “Colony.”
