Get involved with BodyWorks, an interactive, healthy lifestyle intervention for families from the HHS Office on Women’s Health. BodyWorks was developed based on research that parents/caregivers shape the nutrition and physical activity patterns of their children. The weekly, 8-session program – moderated by trained facilitators – provides families with hands-on tools to achieve/maintain a healthy weight. Each participating family receives a free toolkit of resources. Learn how to bring this program to your community!
