Eric Franklin (Franklin-Method Institute) introduces anatomically based motor imagery to promote safe dance technique and prevent injury with a focus on the plié: Its purpose in dance training and performance, its sound biomechanical performance and how it is best employed to create healthy and expressive technique for turnout, jumps, and balance.
