Participate in themed, standards-based yoga lessons that not only develop coordination, strength, balance, flexibility, and focus, but also cultivate mind-body awareness and the ability to self-regulate and self-care in healthy ways from the inside out. Practice conscious breathing techniques, individual and partner yoga postures and sequences, cooperative games, and relaxation-visualization exercises for fitness and as effective tools for managing stress and meeting life’s challenges.
