Tai Chi has become very popular in the US as a health intervention and the teaching of Tai Chi has not been discussed adequately. The purpose of the session is to discuss the potential east-west culture differences that could influence the learning process. It is important to know that Tai Chi, as healthy intervention, has been proven very effective when it is taught correctly.
