Children with visual impairments are being included in physical education and sports programming now more than ever. Most preparation programs include little information about how to teach children with visual impairments. This all-day workshop, held at the Perkins School for the Blind, will help teachers and coaches with inclusion practices, modifications, and specialized equipment. In addition, learn how to work with families, specialists, the media, and current resources. The bus will depart promptly from the Boylston Street entrance of the John B. Hynes Convention Center at 8:00am and will return at 4:30pm.
