This session is for dance and physical education instructors. First, examine how Modern Dance fundamentals fall under "Relax" and "Fall and Recover" techniques with natural locomoter movements: walking, running, skipping, leaping. We then look at easy ways to generate student movement projects that are fun and meaningful. Follow with two social dances in combination with modern dance. Creative choreographic results are examined with remixes of dance sequences.
