This workshop will present strategies to address relevant and practical issues associated with programming and evaluation research methods appropriate when working with ethnic, racial or other vulnerable populations. Participants will be exposed to three major content areas: 1) Theoretical implications, 2) Practical implications and 3) A sampling of situational experiences from the literature related to programming and evaluation research with vulnerable populations.
