The CDC estimates that 1 out of every 2 women and 1 out of every 4 men over the age of 50 will suffer an osteoporosis related fracture during their lifetime. The challenge is to not only build and strengthen bone but to strengthen the core muscles that are involved with balance. This presentation will focus on appropriate, innovative and most of all FUN circuits using a variety of equipment to meet this challenge.
