”Develop and implement an athlete-centered coaching philosophy” is a standard in the Philosophy and Ethics domain of the National Standards For Sport Coaches. How do we develop diversity education strategies that foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all? This session will share successful diversity teaching lessons with a focus on gender equity and homophobia that we have developed in the last decade in our online graduate programs.
