Nike and the Alliance for a Healthier Generation introduce MyBetter: a free program for elementary schools that engages sport athletes to awaken young students with inspiration, physical activity and fun. By learning fundamental movements, kids acquire the skills that lead to a healthier lifestyle and possible sports participation. MyBetter teaches kids to be their best, not the best, and to remember: If you have a body, YOU are an athlete.
