Doing modified interval training enhances the mind-body connection. Modified interval training, with longer recovery intervals between exercise bouts that are customized for each individual, is beneficial for attaining general fitness and wellness. Mindbody fitness and wellness includes additional benefits beyond an emphasis primarily on the body. Skills and strategies will be presented for professionals who work with people of all ages and abilities.
