This presentation is designed to provide an update on important issues in sexuality education such as prevention of STDs, sexual assault and contraception. In addition it will address the use of small group discussions as effective strategies for improving student knowledge, attitudes and behaviors related to these issues. Examples of small group activities will be provided and instruction on developing activities tailored to the topic and audience will be included.
