Disc Golf is an easy to learn, economical sport that involves physical activity, social interaction, and self adherence to rules. Participants will learn to teach this sport to a wide range of individuals. Age appropriate equipment, playing techniques, and basic rules will be covered. A skills assessment tool will be discussed and participants will have hands on time to try out new skills. Participants may participate in an optional off-site activity following the session.
