Exhibit Hall Poster Area 2 (Convention Center)
This presentation focuses on a highly-successful semester-long group research project conducted in a freshman lifetime wellness course. The project required students to investigate the literature related to their topic, keep a 7-day food & beverage log, do a self-analysis of their nutritional intake, make conclusions based on the aggregate class data, design and create a poster, and present their poster at the semi-annual undergraduate research symposium at Western State College.
