In today’s recessive environment coaches, teachers, sport managers, athletic trainers have many issues related to continued and terminated employment. Managers should consider costs, diversity, gender equity, skills, qualifications, and employment needs. Employees should know how best to protect their jobs and their legal rights. This presentation considers some of the legal and social issues facing employees and sport managers. This very timely presentation covers school, recreation, and sport business situations.
