The purpose of this presentation is to disseminate the results of a study on the effects of daily physical education on academic achievement scores, motor skill development, and physical fitness. Five third grade classes were involved; two third grade classes were assigned to the experimental group and three to the control group. Pre and post test scores were compared and results showed that the experimental group significantly increased all scores.
