Join us to learn about an exciting way to teach fitness concepts while engaging students in fun fitness activities! Using results from a pilot study, we will look at the “nuts and bolts” of implementing an adventure-based fitness and wellness program and explore the outcomes for students and teachers. This interactive session will have participants moving while learning about the components of this program and effective teaching strategies.
