Come see over 24 pieces of homemade fitness equipment. These are not cheap items but tested pieces made from solid and sturdy materials. Participants will try out each piece of equipment, hear how it is made and complete a sequence of fitness tasks with each piece. These pieces are designed to promote a variety of fitness components including upper/lower body strength, balance, core strength, dynamic flexibility, aerobic endurance, quickness, speed, agility, power, and grip strength.
