Yoga Afternoon
Practicing Hatha Yoga in the afternoon with specific breathing exercises soothes the individual’s nerves to enjoy a sound evening sleep--waking up fresh in the morning. The participants learn this healthy technique of preparing for a restful evening from an expert. Please bring an exercise mat to the session.
