Use of Digsby for Blackboard Based Online Teaching
Digsby is a multiprotocol IM client that originally developed to let you chat with all your friends on AIM, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, Google Talk, and Jabber from your desktop. My presentation will introduce (1) the use of Digsby widgets in Blackboard system and its pros and cons; and (2) a comparison of multiprotocol IM clients in the market and their potential use for online teaching, especially for Blackboard based online teaching.
