Chinese Qigong and its impact on Human Health and Wellness
Qigong is a special activity that is part of the Chinese martial arts and rehabilitation programs of traditional Chinese medicine in resisting pain, preventing illness and improving personal health and wellness. Practicing Qigong can help an individual to enhance concentration and reduce stress. Qigong has been a long tradition of exercise with more than 70 million Chinese people to practice weekly. This presentation will introduce Qigong exercise for the benefit of fitness and wellness.
