Break the Sedentary Cycle of Teen Girls with Creative Programs
Reach out to teen girls with creative curriculum that exposes them to a variety of fitness activities and relevant wellness information. Build on student’s interests to create classes that motivate them to move. Learn strategies to boost the confidence, self-esteem, fitness level and health of teen girls.
