The Positive Resilience Model of Behavior Change (PRMBC)
The “Metatheory of Resilience and Resiliency” provides an evidenced-based construct that enhances and integrates accepted individual and ecological health behavior change theories into a universally applied metatheory. The Positive Resilience Model of Behavior Change (PRMBC) will be presented as an individual and group health enhancing approach that is both a process and an experience. Health educators will learn to discover powerful resilient drives and integrate them into the disruptive and reintegrative process of resiliency.
