Sound Research Project – Linking Program Needs and Desired Outcomes
Health educators are required to conduct evaluation and research. A theoretically-based sound research project increases the likelihood of achieving desired outcomes. This workshop is designed to provide participants with a framework for developing an effective research project. Topics include how to write succinct research hypotheses, identify appropriate research design in implementing the project, and selecting suitable statistical methods for research projects. Participants are encouraged to bring research project ideas for development, feedback and review.
