“Flex, Lies, and Videotape"
This presentation will examine ways to assess instructional methodology in two parts: 1. Review/critique videotaped physical education class segments, and 2. Use a teaching assessment tool on a live lesson. You’ll leave with a videotape protocol, authentic strategies for self/peer assessment, and techniques to improve pedagogical skills. When time management and instructional effectiveness are maximized, student outcomes follow. Enjoy some ME time at this conference and don’t miss this session!
