Quickstart Tennis
The USTA developed Quickstart Tennis, which is designed to introduce tennis to beginners. While developed for children, this format has been used successfully with adult groups. Quickstart Tennis uses modified rackets, balls, and court dimensions to facilitate learning. The session includes a curriculum with introductory lessons on ball control, footwork, fitness, and stroke development. Get kids playing tennis--fast--by building confidence and competence without frustration.
