Community Partnerships through Intergenerational Education
This session will illustrate how to set up community partnerships using children, university students, and older adults to address three major health concerns across the lifespan: nutrition, physical activity, and obesity. Experiential activities will be incorporated to show how to motivate children, university students, and older adults; how to maintain compliance in programs; and how to be innovative in working with these populations.
