From Graduation to Tenure: Navigating the Process in Health Education
This panel discussion features four health education professionals at various phases of the tenure process and includes their experiences at diverse institutions. Panelists will share strategies and advice in regard to interviewing, negotiating the contract, pre-tenure preparation and lifelong professional excellence. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, brainstorm solutions to common pitfalls, and develop a plan for success. Deans, chairs, graduate students, and newly minted faculty are encouraged to attend.
