Let's Have a Ball!
This is a fun-filled workout for an older adult group exercise program that incorporates using a medicine ball. The possibilities of working with a ball in a group fitness class are endless. You will learn how to use the ball to improve power, strength, coordination, balance... and have a ball doing it! Modifications are provided to use with people who have limitations.
