Mentoring for Physical Activity & Nutrition for Youth with Disabilities
Attend this panel discussion of nine national sites implementing the "I Can Do It, You Can Do It" program of mentoring for improving physical activity and nutritional habits of children and youth with disabilities. We discuss this national Expansion and Evaluation Project, funded by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, including research outcomes provided via an evaluative logic model.
