Training Your Athletes to be Mentally Tough
For athletes to be mentally tough, they need to be taught mental skills and tools. Coaches report they either don’t know the value of, don’t have a knowledge of, and/or have difficulty knowing how to present mental training for athletes. This session includes a comprehensive mental training program with handouts ready for coaches to use with athletes. Materials field-tested with middle school, high school and college coaches and athletes assure a practical application for attendees.
