Integrating Balance, Focus, Self-Control, and Fitness through Tai Chi
Controlled movements, visualization, and focus on the breath improve balance, self-control, strength, and flexibility. Tai Chi benefits the enthusiastic student who may be nervous or stressed as well as the least athletic child needing an activity for fitness. From elementary to high school, kids enjoy the relaxation of Tai Chi - a wonderful break in our busy lives. Ten minutes to start an activity or a full class session provides skills that are useful forever.
