311 From Science to Practice: Promoting Physical Activity at the CDC

This presentation will provide an overview of key activities and projects at the CDC to promote physical activity, including activities and partnerships to promote active recreation. A focus will be on how science evolves into practice at the CDC. Participants will learn about selected programs, including CDC funded programs in states and communities, national and international partnerships and collaborations, guidelines and recommendations, building physical activity and public health capacity, research and resources.
