476 Teacher Friendly Curriculum for Lifelong Recreational Sports

The inclusion of lifelong recreational sports in school, recreation, and other programs has created a need for curricula that are both easy to use and flexible. Learning activities, the heart of curriculum, should include all the information needed to conduct them. A variety of activities should be offered so teachers have a choice. Learning activity cards fulfill these needs. This program will illustrate this approach using examples from two AAPAR curricula in lifelong recreational sports.
