This in-the-water training session will enable aquatic instructors to incorporate beginning synchronized swimming skills into their swim lessons and other aquatic programs. Emphasis will be placed on cues and strategies for sculling, modified swimming strokes, and a variety of figures. The session will also allow the participants the opportunity to explore the creative and artist side of synchronized swimming.
