Women have made tremendous strides in the sports arena. However, there are still far too many who experience obstacles during their entry to and progression through their careers. Strategies for advancing careers and overcoming obstacles will also introduce the NCAA/NACWAA Womens's Leadership Symposium in Intercollegiate Athletics (WLS) which provides an affordable education opportunity for students and professionals.
